Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Meat & Seafood Manager to help customers choose healthy options and lead one of the store’s busiest teams. You will support the manager, oversee daily operations, and drive high standards of service and product quality.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and have basic math, weights and measures knowledge.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience with proven leadership experience.
• 2-3 years of grocery retail experience in Meat department processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Meat & Seafood Manager in managing and merchandising the department for maximum productivity and profit.
• Responsible for ordering and inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of the Meat & Seafood team.
• Coordinate production, merchandising, and sales through planning, direction, and teamwork.
• Assist in hiring, teaching, training, and developing the Meat & Seafood team.
• Follow weekly ad items, inventory, and ordering; enforce department practices for receiving, stocking and unloading for freshness and quality.
