You will help manage daily operations, inventory, and staff while ensuring freshness and quality across all seafood and meat offerings.

The role requires leadership experience, 2+ years in grocery retail meat processing, and a flexible schedule to meet store needs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years professional experience; 2-3 years grocery retail experience in Meat department processes preferred.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to interact with customers.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as described.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Meat & Seafood Manager in department management, merchandising, and productivity.
• Oversee ordering, inventory control, product quality, and team supervision.
• Coordinate production, merchandising, and sales through planning and teamwork.
