Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is looking for a Meat & Seafood Manager to lead the sales and operation of the Meat & Seafood Department. The role requires coaching team members, managing cutting lists, and ensuring product quality and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with Store Manager on staffing, schedules, and promotions while driving profits and department standards. The position emphasizes safety, accuracy, and customer-focused leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years meat cutting experience in grocery or restaurant industry with leadership experience.
• Must be able to stand for up to 4 hours, up to 8 hours per shift, and lift 25–90 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plan, order, and prepare cutting lists.
• Ensure correct ordering, receiving, unloading, storage, and rotation of merchandise and displays.
• Coach and evaluate team members through feedback and development discussions; participate in bi-annual performance reviews.
• Attend and participate in in-store meetings.
• Recruit, hire and promote in collaboration with the Store Manager.
• Lead a team to deliver the finest quality of product and service.
