Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years meat cutting experience in grocery/restaurant with leadership experience.
• Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours per shift; capable of lifting up to 90 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plan, order, and prepare cutting lists to maximize sales and gross profit.
• Ensure correct ordering, receiving, storage, and rotation of meat products.
• Lead and coach team members; participate in performance reviews and promotions.
