Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a basic knowledge of math, weights and measures.
• Minimum of 2 years meat cutting experience in grocery or restaurant, including leadership.

Responsibilities

• Plan, order, and prepare cutting lists to maximize sales and gross profit.
• Ensure proper receiving, storage, and rotation of meat products.
• Coach and develop team members, participate in performance reviews.
• Attend and lead in-store meetings and adjust schedules to optimize staffing.
• Recruit, hire and promote team members in collaboration with store management.
• Communicate policies, product knowledge, and standards to the team.
• Lead a team to deliver top-quality product and customer service.
• Serve as Key Carrier or Manager on Duty as needed.
