Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Meat & Seafood Manager to lead a fast-paced team and deliver the highest quality products and service. You will plan cutting lists, oversee receiving and rotation, and coach staff to maintain department goals while collaborating with the Store Manager on staffing decisions.

You will need at least 2 years of meat cutting experience in grocery or restaurant settings, including leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years meat cutting experience in grocery or restaurant industry, including leadership experience
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 90 lbs., and operate meat processing equipment
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Plan, order, and prepare cutting lists to maximize sales and gross profit
• Ensure proper receiving, storage, rotation, and display of merchandise
• Coach and develop team members; conduct performance reviews and promotions
• Recruit, hire, and coordinate with Store Manager on staffing changes
• Lead a team to deliver high-quality product and customer service
