Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Meat & Seafood Manager to oversee the sales and operation of the Meat & Seafood Department, ensuring top quality products and customer service in a fast-paced store.

The role requires leadership experience, meat cutting expertise, and the ability to coach a team while managing budgets, schedules, and promotions. Join a team focused on healthy living and great customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years meat cutting experience in grocery or restaurant with leadership experience.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 90 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, order, and prepare cutting lists to maximize sales and gross profit.
• Ensure correct ordering, receiving, storage, and rotation of merchandise.
• Coach and evaluate team members; conduct bi-annual performance reviews.
• Recruit, hire, and promote in collaboration with the Store Manager.
• Lead a team to deliver quality products and outstanding customer service.
• Serve as Key Carrier or Manager on Duty (MOD) as needed.
