Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Meat & Seafood Manager in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee the sales and operations of the Meat & Seafood Department, plan cutting lists, manage receiving, and coach a team to deliver high-quality product and exceptional service.

The role requires 2+ years meat cutting and leadership experience, comfort with varied shifts, and the ability to lift up to 90 lbs. Competitive pay and benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with basic math skills.
• Minimum of 2 years meat cutting experience in grocery/restaurant settings with leadership experience.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays; standing for extended periods; lift/carry up to 90 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, order, and prepare cutting lists while maximizing sales and gross profit.
• Ensure proper receiving, rotation and storage of meat and seafood.
• coach and develop team members; participate in bi-annual performance reviews.
• Lead scheduling and staffing to optimize productivity and efficiency.
• Communicate standards, policy changes and product knowledge to staff.
• Serve as Key Carrier or Manager on Duty as needed.
