Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience in the food service or production environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 6 hours per day).
• Ability to work in refrigerated environments (approx. 40F).
• Physically able to lift/carry/push/pull up to 80 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Process and pack meat products to order using hand tools and machines.
• Inspect, weigh and prep beef, pork and/or lamb to specifications.
• Sharpen and adjust cutting/processing equipment; start-up and shut down equipment.
• Receive and inspect meat; maintain stock levels on production line.
