• One year of meat and poultry inspection experience is acceptable in lieu of a degree.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record.

Aufgaben

• Conduct ante-mortem and post-mortem inspections at meat and poultry operations.
• Evaluate plant sanitation and HACCP plans and monitor Critical Control Points.
• Educate firm operators about existing and new regulations and initiate regulatory actions when needed.
• Work across various counties, including territory-specific assignments.
