Qualifications

• Or at least 1 year of meat and poultry inspection or related processing experience.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform ante-mortem and post-mmortem inspections at meat and poultry facilities.
• Evaluate plant sanitation procedures and HACCP plan effectiveness.
• Identify and monitor Critical Control Points and ensure compliance with regulations.
