You will lead a team in a warehouse/retail setting, maintain safety standards, coordinate receiving and displays, and drive performance through effective supervision and process discipline.

Qualifications

• Experience in meat, grocery, retail, or warehouse operations.
• Strong inventory control and stock management.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Experience leading a team in fast-paced environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily meat department operations to ensure availability and presentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory through stock control and replenishment.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and display of meat products.
• Monitor quality and freshness; remove unsellable items.
• Supervise department staff to meet performance standards.
• Coordinate merchandising and product displays to support sales.
• Review inventory trends and address discrepancies.
• Oversee receiving and inspections for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain department cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
