99 Ranch Market is hiring a Meat Department Management Trainee in Plano, TX. The program runs 6–8 months of training and evaluations before assignment to a store department with responsibilities for SOPs, product knowledge, planning, ordering, and supervision.

You will work with the management team to design promotions, meet sales targets, maintain display and inventory, and train staff. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and travel for training is required.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in related fields with 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays and relocate for training as needed.
• Ability to lift 25+ lbs and stand for long periods.
• Able to communicate effectively in English; bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Undergo 6–8 months of training and evaluations.
• Oversee department SOPs, product knowledge, planning, ordering, and supervision.
• Collaborate with store management on promotion plans and sales targets.
• Maintain display freshness and full stock on shelves.
• Manage inventory movement, FIFO, and physical counts.
• Coordinate vendor relations and local product knowledge.
• Utilize label and price sign software.
• Schedule department staff and monitor attendance.
• Support Human Capital activities and performance reviews.
• Maintain a safe, clean workplace and perform other duties as needed.
