99 Ranch Market invites driven individuals to join its Management Trainee (MT) Program in Pleasanton, CA. The structured leadership-development track offers hands-on operations exposure, mentorship, and guided training across stores, HQ, CPU, and DC.

During 6–8 months of training you will learn product knowledge, planning, ordering, team supervision, and SOP management. Promising candidates transition to store leadership roles with ongoing coaching and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Bilingual English, Chinese, and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Join MT program for 6–8 months of training and evaluations.
• After training, be assigned to a store and manage department SOP, merchandise, planning, and staffing.
• Collaborate with store management to create promotion plans and hit sales targets.
• Maintain product displays, freshness, and fully stocked shelves.
• Handle inventory movement, FIFO, and cycle counts.
• Coordinate with local vendors and understand local products.
• Support human capital management through coaching and performance reviews.
