Qualifications

• 1-3 years of related experience, including supervisory exposure.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage department operations and SOP adherence.
• Design store promotions with management to hit sales targets.
• Maintain displays, stock levels and inventory (FIFO).
• Coordinate training, coaching and performance reviews for staff.
• Ensure a safe, clean workplace and provide attendance schedules.
