99 Ranch Market offers a Management Trainee (MT) program designed to build future retail leaders. Trainees rotate through stores, HQ, CPU, and DC, gaining hands-on operations experience with mentorship and structured training.

The program includes coaching, ongoing internal and external retail learning, and a clear path to broader leadership roles as the business grows. Training emphasizes culture, values and leadership expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in related fields.
• Able to lift 25+ lbs and stand long periods.
• Willing to work nights, weekends & holidays and travel between stores.
• Must read, analyze and interpret procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and confidentiality skills.
• Bilingual English/Chinese/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Training for 6-8 months, then store assignment to manage SOP, product knowledge, planning, ordering, and staff.
• Manage department daily operations and meet company standards.
• Collaborate with store management to plan promotions and meet sales targets.
• Maintain product displays, ensure freshness, and shelf stock.
• Order products per inventory, promotions, and delivery schedules.
• Receive poultry shipments and verify quantity and quality.
