99 Ranch Market in Frisco, TX is launching a Management in Training (MIT) program in the Meat Department. This short-term training role provides hands-on experience and a path to promotion to Meat Department Manager within approximately 3–5 months, depending on performance and progress.

As an MIT, you will oversee daily department operations, ensure excellent customer service, drive sales, manage inventory and ordering, supervise staff, and coordinate with HR and HQ on promotions and training.

Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisory experience in the meat department.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin, English/Cantonese, or English/Spanish preferred.
• Ability to work assigned schedules, including weekend, and holidays as needed.
• Currently possess or have the ability to possess a Food Handler’s certificate.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Meat department operations from prep to display and inventory control to drive sales.
• Ensure excellent customer service and address issues promptly.
• Drive department sales and margins while controlling labor and stock loss.
• Utilize company systems to track sales and conduct monthly inventory counts.
• Lead, schedule, and mentor staff; coordinate with HR for promotions and training.
• Support Omni-channel and HQ initiatives and assist in weekly promotion planning.
• Manage ordering, receiving, stocking, display, and cash handling procedures.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards and compliance with regulations.
