Job summary

99 Ranch Market is seeking a Store Manager Trainee in Carrollton, TX. The Management Trainee Program offers structured leadership development with rotations across stores, HQ, CPU and DC, plus ongoing training, mentoring and a clear path to store leadership.

During 6–8 months of training you will learn SOPs, product knowledge, planning, ordering, supervision, and employee management, then transition to a store leadership role. Travel between stores for training is required.

Qualifications

• Prev. experience in related fields.
• Able to travel between stores for training.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays).
• 18 years old or older.

Responsibilities

• Training for 6 to 8 months, then assign to a store and supervise department SOP, product knowledge, planning, ordering, organization and staff management.
• Manage daily department operations and meet company standards.
• Design store promotion plans with the management team to meet sales targets.
• Maintain product displays, ensure freshness and full shelves.
• Order products based on on-hand inventory, promotions and delivery schedules.
• Receive poultry shipments and inspect quantity and quality.
• Control inventory movement (FIFO) and conduct physical counts.
• Familiar with local vendors and popular local products.
• Use labeling and price printing systems efficiently.
• Provide schedules and manage attendance.
• Participate in Human Capital Management activities including coaching and performance reviews.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Perform other duties as needed.
