• Coordinate merchandising, signage, and displays to support sales and engagement.
• Review inventory trends, shrink, and discrepancies to address concerns.
• Oversee receiving, ensuring incoming product is inspected for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain department cleanliness, organization, and regulatory compliance.
