You will follow sanitation standards and support team members in a fast-paced store environment. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, flexible scheduling including nights and weekends, and completion of the WFM butcher apprentice program or equivalent training.

Qualifications

• 14+ months retail experience.
• Completion of WFM Butcher Apprentice Program or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Cuts, platters, and merchandises products (beef, pork, lamb, veal, poultry).
• Maintains sampling program and ensures quality standards.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques.
