Qualifications

• Minimum 14 months of retail experience.
• Completion of WFM Butcher Apprentice Program or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Cuts, plasters, and merchandises products (beef, pork, lamb, veal, poultry).
• Prepares specialty meat merchandise (sausage, oven-ready products, and cured meats).
• Checks product quality against WFM standards.
• Maintains sampling program.
• Monitors and prevents spoilage.
