Qualifications

• 14+ months retail meat experience.
• Completed WFM Butcher Apprentice Program or equivalent.
• UK Exceptions may apply.

Responsibilities

• Cuts, platters, and merchandises products to specification.
• Prepares specialty meat merchandise (sausage, oven-ready, cured meats).
• Maintains sampling program and reduces spoilage.
• Delivers excellent customer service and supports suggestive selling.
• Ensures proper signs, pricing, and cleanliness at all times.
• Reports safety hazards and participates in trainings.
