The Fresh Market is seeking a Meat Cutter to manage, cut, and trim meat and seafood to The Fresh Market standards. You will assist with department inventory, pricing integrity, merchandising, and other detailed operational tasks to deliver an impeccable guest and team member experience.

Responsibilities include using knowledge of weekly ads, handling prime cuts, monitoring temperatures, and ensuring safety and quality throughout receiving and stocking processes.

Formación

• All Meat Cutters must be certified within The Fresh Market’s internal training platform within 90 days of hire.
• 2 years or more of experience in cutting meat.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items across the store to help guests find products and meal solutions.
• Handle, slice, and trim a variety of meat and seafood items per standards.
• Monitor case temperatures, spillovers, and storage areas for freshness and safety.
• Ensure department follows safety and food safety protocols and receives deliveries properly.
