• 2 years or more of experience in cutting meat.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and cut meat and seafood to The Fresh Market standards.
• Assist with department inventory, pricing integrity, merchandising and other operational processes.
• Ensure quality product levels and proper temperature monitoring in cases and storage areas.
• Enforce safety and食品 safety protocols per company policy and law.
