Availability includes weekends and holidays. Qualified applicants must have meat cutting experience and complete internal certification within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience cutting meat.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Certification within 90 days of hire on The Fresh Market training platform.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of department products and weekly ad items to assist guests.
• Cut, price, and merchandise meat and seafood per The Fresh Market standards.
• Monitor case temperatures, storage areas, and ensure freshness and quality.
• Enforce safety and food safety policies across the department.
