Save-A-Lot in Leesburg, FL is seeking a Meat Cutter to maintain meat department standards, drive sales, and ensure high customer satisfaction. You will trim and prepare standard cuts, follow merchandising plans, and adhere to all safety and sanitation policies.

The role requires prior meat-cutting experience or training, strong teamwork, and reliable, flexible attendance. Training is provided to meet company procedures and quality standards.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Successful completion of Save-A-Lot Meat Cutter Training Program within 3 months.
• Experience cutting meat with hand tools and power equipment preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and customer service.
• Dependable and flexible with uniform dress code adherence.

Responsabilidades

• Cuts and prepares authorized beef, pork and poultry per policy.
• Wraps, weighs, and prices cuts; labels per COOL, USDA, and policy.
• Displays meat attractively and assists with product ordering as needed.
• Maintains date rotation and cold chain during delivery and storage.
• Follows sanitation standards and Save-A-Lot procedures daily.
• May work at more than one store and protect company assets.
