Qualifications

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and perform routine tasks with daily interaction.
• On-site attendance required to adhere to company time policies.

Responsibilities

• Cut and merchandise fresh meat.
• Assist in ordering, receiving and displaying products.
• Grind and slice meat as needed.
• Organize cooler and stock display areas.
• Rotate product and maintain clean display cases.
• Keep work area neat and ensure fresh codes on products.
• Sanitize department twice daily.
• Provide efficient and courteous service to customers.
• Enforce HACCP program requirements.
