Food City is seeking a meat department associate to cut, grind and slice meat, merchandise products, and maintain display cases. You will assist with ordering, receiving and rotating stock while ensuring cleanliness and proper dating. The role requires on-site availability and adherence to attendance policies.

Applicants should be 18+ with a willingness to learn, and prior meat-cutting experience is a plus. Food City emphasizes teamwork and customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to meet standard Physical, Mental, and Visual demands.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions, perform routine and repetitive tasks.
• On-site work during scheduled shifts to adhere to attendance policies.

Responsabilidades

• Cutting and merchandising of all fresh meat.
• Assist in ordering, receiving and displaying all product.
• Grind meat and slice meat.
• Organize cooler and stock cooler; rotate products.
• Maintain neat display cases and proper code dates.
• Sanitize and disinfect department twice daily.
• Provide efficient and courteous customer service.
• Enforce HACCP program compliance.
