Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Meat cutting experience is a plus, not required.
• Must be able to meet physical, mental and visual demands.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and perform routine tasks.
• Must be able to attend on-site shifts per policy.

Responsibilities

• Cut and merchandise fresh meat.
• Assist in ordering, receiving and displaying products.
• Grind meat.
• Slice meat.
• Keep cooler organized and stocked.
• Maintain neat displays and proper product dating.
• Ensure HACCP standards are followed.
• Provide courteous customer service.
