Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in Delaware County is seeking a meat department team member to receive, rotate, cut, wrap, and merchandise fresh and processed meats, including grinds, while assisting in seafood and deli areas. You’ll help maintain sanitation and safety standards.

The role requires prior meat cutting experience and completion of a training program. You’ll work with a friendly team, deliver service excellence to members, and uphold club standards while growing with BJ’s.

Qualifications

• Completion of a training program/apprenticeship required.
• Previous meat cutting experience required.
• Knowledge of automatic/hand wrapping machines preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Cut, grind, and process meats to standard cuts.
• Package, weigh, wrap, and label meat, poultry, and seafood.
• Ensure meat cases are stocked and inventory is in range.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the department.
• Receive and store meat on delivery.
