Responsibilities

• Cuts and packages authorized beef, pork and poultry items per Save-A-Lot policies
• Wraps, weighs and prices cuts of meat
• Labels packages according to COOL, USDA and Save-A-Lot standards
• Maintains proper date rotation and merchandise displays to maximize sales
• Receives, inspects and stores meat to maintain cold chain and quality
• Follows all Save-A-Lot policies including food safety and sanitation
