Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with meat cutting is preferred.
• Ability to read, write and follow company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Using knives and power equipment, cuts and packages authorized beef, pork and poultry items per company policies.
• Wraps, weighs, and prices cuts based on guidelines.
• Labels packages according to COOL, USDA and company standards.
• Maintains displays and case signs, merchandises meat to maximize sales.
• Receives, inspects and stores meat upon delivery to maintain cold chain.
