General Mills is launching a fast-paced 18-month MEA rotational program for Manufacturing & Engineering. You will gain exposure to processing, packaging, and broad manufacturing systems, with 24/7 production insight, hands-on problem solving, and opportunities to lead operators and technicians.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Engineering degree in the specified fields.
• Graduating Winter 2026 or Spring 2027.
• Strong academic record and demonstrated leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Exposure to processing, packaging and manufacturing systems.
• Front-line experience with 24/7 production and problem solving.
• Lead and coach Operators, Technicians and Mechanics for team development.
• Manage programs for capital projects, new system startups or initiative leadership.
