Job summary

Vantor is seeking a Manager, Customer Success to lead the MEA region, overseeing a portfolio of strategic government customers and the MEA Customer Success team. The role focuses on driving adoption, value realization, and long-term partnerships.

The successful candidate will combine strong technical aptitude with exceptional relationship management, building scalable CS practices in a fast-growing organization. Travel and onboarding in the United States may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading customer success or related teams.
• Experience with enterprise software, SaaS, geospatial, intelligence, defense, or government.
• Strong people leadership to coach, develop, and motivate teams.
• Excellent operational and analytical skills, with exec-level reporting.
• Strong technical aptitude to learn complex software platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic relationships for MEA government customers.
• Build trusted relationships with operational users, technical teams, and executives.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and executive engagement sessions.
• Maintain responsiveness for operational issues and mission-critical needs.
• Monitor customer health, adoption, and retention strategies.
• Lead MEA CS team and develop best practices.
• Produce monthly regional CS reports and dashboards.
• Partner with Sales for renewals and expansions.
