Job summary

Vanta is seeking a Customer Success Manager to guide customers through security and compliance journeys, owning onboarding, implementation, and ongoing success. You will partner with account managers, drive renewals and expansions, and act as the voice of the customer within the company.

You will work with highly technical clients to maximise value from Vanta’s platform. Successful candidates have 4+ years in SaaS customer success, proven C‑level engagement, and a strong track record on

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Customer Success experience at a SaaS company.
• Experience engaging with C‑level executives.
• Track record of meeting retention targets and growing accounts.
• Ability to understand Vanta’s software and build relationships with highly technical customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead post‑sales activities for customers: onboarding, implementation, product expertise, renewal and upsell opportunities.
• Manage a book of ~50 customers ranging from 401 to 2000 employees.
• Partner with Account Managers to drive renewals and expansions.
• Be the voice of the customer and drive adoption of Vanta’s platform to achieve outcomes.
