You will collaborate with product, data analytics, and engagement teams to strengthen client outcomes, support business development, and contribute to thought leadership in financial inclusion.

Qualifications

• Masters degree or equivalent in IT, finance, or social sector preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to customer strategy and impact design across MEA.
• Support customer research, insights, and journey mapping.
• Assist in business development and proposal development.
• Support innovation in processes and methodologies.
