Job summary

Multiplier is seeking a Manager of Customer Success for the EMEA region to lead a team delivering exceptional customer outcomes. You will shape relationships, drive value, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Product to ensure CS initiatives align with business goals.

You will monitor health metrics, develop proactive engagement plans, and identify upsell opportunities while guiding cross‑functional initiatives to improve retention and satisfaction across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of customer success teams across EMEA.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience aligning CS initiatives with business goals.
• Proficiency with CRM systems to manage data.
• Analytical mindset with ability to derive insights from customer data.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Collaborates effectively with sales, marketing and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of customer success managers in the EMEA region.
• Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention across the EMEA region.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.
• Monitor customer health metrics and develop intervention strategies to address concerns proactively.
• Foster strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and drive mutual success.
• Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary tools and resources to effectively manage customer accounts.
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on customer success metrics and progress.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize customer value.
