Job summary

allnex is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative MEA (Temporary contract) to manage orders from placement to export documentation for Middle East and Africa customers. You will interact with internal teams and customers, ensuring timely communication and accurate information.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in economics/IT/business administration, at least 1 year in customer service, and strong English skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, IT, Business Administration, Logistics and other comparable fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, customer care, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Experience with export logistics documents would be an advantage.
• Good understanding of order management processes and the order-to-cash (O2C) cycle.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with working knowledge of SharePoint and Teams.
• Very good English language skills, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer portfolio with a proactive and professional approach, ensuring timely handling of orders and resolution of complaints.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and phone with clear, accurate information.
• Coordinate order fulfilment with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform accurate order entry and follow-up in the ERP system (SAP).
• Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues.
