Job summary

Good Samaritan Pipestone is seeking a licensed RN for the MDS Nurse role to lead the Resident Assessment Instrument process and coordinate resident care plans. You will assess, document, and collaborate with inter-disciplinary teams to ensure quality life for residents and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with current state licensure is required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred; RAC-CT certification preferred.
• Experience with Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) processes is expected.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct nursing staff and resident care plans.
• Assess and evaluate residents and keep plans current.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
