Good Samaritan Pipestone in Pipestone, MN is seeking an experienced MDS Nurse to lead the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process and coordinate resident care.

The RN uses the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate care, collaborates with families and interdisciplinary teams to enhance quality of life, and ensures current care plans and assessments. The organization offers generous benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Formación

• Graduate from an NLN or AACN accredited nursing program preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Minimum of one-year experience as licensed nurse with the senior population preferred.
• RAC-CT, management or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning and evaluation of nursing staff activities in resident care.
• Maintain current care plans and participate in RAC-RAI processes.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and care teams to ensure high quality of life.
