Good Samaritan Pipestone MN is seeking an experienced MDS Nurse who will lead resident assessments and coordinate care for seniors. The RN will plan, implement, and evaluate care, ensuring high-quality, individualized service in a supportive setting.

This role emphasizes the RAI process, collaboration with families, and coordination with the broader nursing team. The candidate should hold an RN license with state approval, preferably a Bachelor's degree in nursing, and RAC-CT certification;

Qualifications

• Graduate from NLN or AACN accredited program preferred; RN license required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; RAC-CT certification preferred.
• Experience with RN care planning and resident assessments is typical.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct and evaluate resident care activities.
• Lead the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process as the direct lead.
• Coordinate care with residents, families and inter-disciplinary team to ensure quality of life.
