WILLOUGHBY is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to oversee PDPM/MDS processes, track MDS submissions, and guide care planning for skilled residents. The role requires leadership in a long-term care setting and collaboration across disciplines.

The candidate will supervise MDS coordinators, ensure regulatory-compliant documentation, and provide ongoing PDPM training to staff. Strong RN licensure and a proven track record in supervisory roles are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum requirements include graduation from an Accredited School of Nursing with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Must be in good standing with the State Board of Nursing and maintain all required continuing education/licensing requirements.
• 3 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Long Term Care Experience Preferred.

Aufgaben

• Oversee weekly PDPM meetings and monitor facility PDPM tools.
• Provide PDPM and MDS training to new MDS Coordinators.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all MDS Assessments including PPS Medicare and quarterly reviews.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary participation in completing the MDS for new admissions and regulatory time frames.
• Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information.
