Job summary

GOLDENYEARS is seeking an experienced Nursing Supervisor to oversee the facility's resident assessment processes, including MDS and PDPM, ensuring guidelines are followed and that assessments are completed on time. Qualifications

• Graduation from an Accredited School of Nursing with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility weekly PDPM meetings for skilled patients.
• Monitor PDPM tools usage and provide data analysis for optimal outcomes.
• Provide PDPM and MDS training to new MDS Coordinators.
• Assess health status and level of care for new admissions.
• Ensure timely completion of all MDS assessments (PPS Medicare, quarterly, annual, significant change).
• Coordinate interdisciplinary participation in completing the MDS within regulatory time frames.
