Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a Registered Nurse to oversee facility assessment processes, ensuring PDPM/MDS activities align with guidelines and regulatory standards. The role includes supervising staff, coordinating interdisciplinary care, and maintaining accurate documentation.

The position requires a BSN and current State Board licensure, with long-term care experience and supervisory background preferred. Strong data tracking and training skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a BSN and active State Board license.
• Supervisory experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Experience with long-term care and regulatory standards is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility operations to ensure timely, guideline-based assessments.
• Lead weekly PDPM meetings for skilled patients and monitor tool usage.
• Provide PDPM and MDS training to new MDS Coordinators.
• Ensure MDS assessments (PPS Medicare, quarterly/annual) are completed on time.
