Job summary

Sunset Ridge Post Acute in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a nursing leader to oversee the facility’s resident assessment program including MDS and PDPM processes. You will supervise staff, conduct weekly PDPM reviews, ensure timely MDS submissions, and coordinate care plans while maintaining regulatory compliance and quality care.

BSN preferred; active RN in good standing with ongoing continuing education requirements.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred; RN licensure in good standing.
• Maintain ongoing continuing education/licensing per state requirements.
• Strong supervisory and leadership capabilities in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility MDS and PDPM processes and weekly PDPM meetings.
• Monitor QMs, QASP, and data reporting; provide recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion and submission of MDS assessments.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care planning and regular care conferences.
• Maintain confidentiality and proper documentation per federal/state regulations.
