Job summary

MARIONVALLEY is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to oversee the facility's resident assessments, including MDS and PDPM processes. You will lead interdisciplinary teams to ensure care plans meet regulations and quality standards.

The role requires BSN or equivalent, current state licensure, and supervisory experience in long-term care. Strong data analysis skills and proficiency with PDPM tools are desirable.

Qualifications

• Accredited School of Nursing graduate; BSN preferred.
• Must be in good standing with the State Board of Nursing and maintain CE/licensing requirements.
• 3 years of supervisory experience preferred; long term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the facility's resident assessment process, including MDS assessments and plan of care.
• Lead weekly PDPM meetings for skilled patients and monitor PDPM tools usage.
• Track QM and QASP performance; provide data analysis and clinical recommendations.
• Provide PDPM and MDS training to new MDS Coordinators.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all MDS assessments and related documentation.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary participation in MDS, ensuring regulatory time frames are met.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident care information and manage data entry/submission of MDS assessments.
