Cantex is seeking an MDS Coordinator to ensure proper reimbursement for Medicare and Medicaid patients through the RAI process. You will support quality patient care in alignment with federal and state standards and guidance from the Administrator or Director of Nursing.

The role requires a Texas nursing license (RN or LVN) and MDS experience, with LTC/SNF background preferred. Strong documentation skills and ability to train staff are essential as you coordinate audits and certifications.

Formación

• Must hold a current, valid Texas nursing license (RN or LVN).
• Minimum 1 year of MDS experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of LTC/SNF experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with State and Federal Medicaid/Medicare rules and interpretations.
• Coordinate MDS assessments within required timeframes for Medicare/Medicaid patients.
• Lead and participate in standup meetings and reimbursement discussions with care teams.
• Audit clinical records and educate staff on documentation guidelines.
