Qualifications

• Current, valid Texas nursing license (RN or LVN).
• Experience communicating and coordinating care across disciplines.
• Ability to read, write, analyze, and interpret clinical documentation and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and compliant MDS processes for Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement.
