AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified MDS Coordinator to join our family. The role focuses on completing the RAI process for each resident, ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate transmission/verification with State authorities. Walk-ins are welcome daily!

The MDS Coordinator will build and lead a high-performing team, uphold our family-focused culture, and coordinate with corporate support to maintain compliance and quality of care.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Nurse License.
• Valid CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or related healthcare program.
• Knowledge of long-term care operational standards as set forth by Federal and State regulations.

Responsibilities

• Complete the RAI process for each resident as required by State and Federal regulations.
• Transmit and verify receipt of RAI documentation with the State.
