Job summary
AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified MDS Coordinator to join our family. We are looking for a licensed MDS Coordinator who is resident and family focused, a team builder, and excited about building and leading a high-performing team and culture.
The primary purpose is to complete the RAI process for each resident as required by State and Federal regulations. Walk-ins are welcome daily and we offer competitive compensation, daily pay, 401k with match, family health insurance, scrubs on
Qualifications
- Licensed Texas nurse with CPR certification.
- Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or related healthcare program.
- Knowledge of long-term care standards per Federal Register, Conditions of Participation and State regulations.
